In no event shall Amber-Rose Soan on behalf of The Content Child® be liable for any losses, special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or contents of the Service.

Payment Terms

​

Payment is due at the time of confirmation of appointment.

The fees for services provided by The Content Child® are payable through bank transfer.

The following fees apply to all cancelled appointments:

More than 7 days notice - 100% refundable

4-6 days notice - 75% refundable

2-4 days notice - 50% refundable

Less than 48 hours notice - 25% refundable.

If your baby or child is unwell on the date of the consultation, I will endeavour to change your appointment to another date without applying the cancellation fee.
